Al-Hijra provides good quality Islamic education to children and adults alike.
Students learn to recognise the Arabic letters and sounds and build up to reading the Qur’an accurately and confidently.
Students who can read the Qur’an develop correct recitation with Tajweed and build their memorisation skills.
Foundational Arabic reading and understanding to support students’ learning of the Qur’an and their faith.
Students learn Aqeedah, Fiqh, Seerah, Islamic manners and everyday practice, in a way that helps them understand and practise their faith with confidence.
Our education team will advise which programme and group suit each student when you register.

Regular classes at the Al-Hijra centre. Your child’s group and class time are confirmed by our education team.

Our Qur’an and Islamic Studies classes are open to children and adults.
Qur’an and Islamic Studies classes run Monday to Thursday from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at our Newlands centre. Your child’s group and class time are confirmed by our education team.
